Tomorrow I have to go have a root canal. It would help me immensely if I got lots of sympathetic comments. I'm sure I could face my dire fate better if I knew people felt so sorry for me! Even better would be comments that you had a root canal and it didn't even hurt one bit! Actually, I would take the latter over the former.
Don't worry, I will let you know if I survive.

Ouch, I'm sorry. But I hear they are less painful than they used to be. You should never have to do something so un-fun in your b-day month. Good Luck, take pictures and blog all about it!
Ouch! I did have a root canal, way back in high school (I'm Jessi's age) thanks to some crooked teeth. The process wasn't bad, the pain came later, but was mostly taken care of by very strong medication! You'll be just fine! Good luck.

Oh!! I have to deal with this daily... Not me personally... But you know. Anyways, they really aren't as bad as people make them out to be. No pain! :) Promise. Just take some tylenol before and after and you should be fine! :) Good Luck!
Well Michelle, I had 3 of them last year!!! And 3 crowns so I know what it's like. I hate the dentist!!! In fact i'm going again tomorrow for another crown. I've never taken one pain pill though but I know some people do. Hope it all went ok..
